Reusable elements

Creating a template as a reusable component will make sure that height & width settings are by default set on values that are suitable for reusable elements. Also the “reusable element” switch is by default turned on which means you will be able to pick this element in the element selector on the template editor screen & drag & drop it into place on a template where you want to use this element.

How to​

  • Open up the "Template overview" by clicking the template button in the side navigation or by pressing "ALT+t"
  • Click "Create"
  • Choose "Blank"
  • Choose a name for your template
  • Choose a language for your template (This cannot be changed afterwards)

Note: If you created a template by using the "Blank" option you can still mark this as a "Reusable element" by accessing the "Template settings" in the top navigation on the Template editor.
